By accessing or using the Showvi mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Showvi is a location-based video platform that enables users to discover local content, offers, and events. The service allows: • Video upload and sharing • Location-based content discovery • E-commerce transactions via M-Pesa • Business promotions and advertising • Community engagement features

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Showvi • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account • You must provide accurate and complete registration information • You are responsible for all activities under your account • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

By uploading content to Showvi, you: • Retain ownership of your content • Grant Showvi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content • Warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content • Are solely responsible for the content you upload Prohibited content includes: • Illegal or fraudulent content • Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination • Pornography or sexually explicit material • Violent or graphic content • Intellectual property infringement • Spam or misleading content

• All transactions are processed through M-Pesa • Showvi charges a commission of 10-20% on successful transactions • Payments for promoted content are non-refundable • You are responsible for all taxes associated with your transactions • We reserve the right to modify commission rates with notice

• Subscription plans are billed according to their billing cycle • Payments are non-refundable • You can cancel your subscription at any time • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period • We reserve the right to modify subscription terms and pricing

• Showvi and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Showvi Technologies • You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission • User content remains the property of the respective users • Trademarks and logos may not be used without permission

You agree not to: • Violate any laws or regulations • Infringe on others' intellectual property rights • Harass, abuse, or harm others • Use the service for any fraudulent purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service • Use automated means to access the service • Collect user information without consent

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe: • Violates these Terms and Conditions • Is harmful to other users or the platform • Could create liability for Showvi • Involves fraudulent or illegal activity Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that: • The service will meet your requirements • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • The quality of any products or services will meet your expectations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Showvi Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including: • Loss of profits, data, or use • Business interruption • Personal injury or property damage • Any damages relating to your use of the service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Showvi Technologies and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from: • Your use of the service • Your violation of these terms • Your violation of any rights of another • Your content and conduct on the platform

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
